Content Notices: discussion of slugs, violence, captivity, and looking at people’s underwear while they’re unconscious.
Hello. My name is Connor. I’m looking for a missing human.
His name is Curtis. I know this because I checked his underwear.
He is approximately five foot nine. His hair is brown and somewhat shaggy, and he has a fair bit of stubble on his face. If you get close, you might see that he has a diagonal scar across his nose.
I don’t recommend approaching him, however. Curtis is quite violent.
He was last seen in my motel room at 7:03 PM on the 29th. The fungus wall is relatively undisturbed beyond what the slugs have consumed, so I believe he made his exit via the door or, perhaps less likely, a window.
Please assist. Thank you.

What do you mean? About Castiel.

I suppose it’s the same with my creator, although he isn’t here.
[ Is that good or bad? Connor isn’t sure. ]
Do you spend much time together? With your father?

I see.
[ Someone from home who is... different. ]
I hope you can regain with this Castiel what you had with the other, in your own way.
I think Castiel would enjoy bonding with you over the collection of gastropods.

I hope so! I'm open to anything. I just don't want to lose him from my life. I think if you give Curtis some space he'll hopefully do the same.

I wouldn’t want you to lose him, either. The concept of such seems to pain you. I assume the opposite is also true: that having him in your life brings you positive feelings.
[ And that, Connor knows — too late — is worth fighting for. ]
About Curtis: I hope so too. But I suppose if he doesn’t come back, there will be other people I meet who make me feel different kinds of joy.
[ Perhaps some of them might even allow him to sit on them. ]

I would like to be one of those people for you, if you wouldn't mind. I know I'm not human so it's not the same, but I could be your friend.

I hope Castiel can come to reciprocate that affection. I believe he needs friends, too. Beyond the slugs.
I appreciate your offer of friendship, Jack. I use “people” as a general term, however.
I already consider you a friend.
