I am here to inquire as to whether there is anyone with particularly keen tracking abilities, magical or otherwise. It would require being able to take trace remnants of blood from two weapons as the source of what you would be tracking.

The weapons have been cleaned, so when I say trace remnants, that is very much the case. This is why magical means might be necessary.

This is regarding the matter of the serial killer from a few months past. If you think you are up for this job, please reply.

There was. Supposedly it has been caught, but I have my doubts.

The killer was not a person, but rather a creature that consumed people and stole their skin, their voices, and their memories, to try and become something like us.

It seemed as if it could be in multiple locations at once, so even if the Enforcers have put something behind bars, there could still be other parts of it out there.

My concern is that there are still pieces of the Midnight Skinner out there. If so, I would like to locate them.

I could locate them if they exist.

Though I'd prefer not to come close to a killer.
