If you've visited the Solar Clinic over the past week and received a blood transfusion (or any similar services) please return to the clinic as soon as possible.

We have reason to believe that the most recent blood supply has been accidentally contaminated, which may cause illness or worse in those who have received a portion of it. The staff at the Solar Clinic are committed to correcting this issue, but they require aid in contacting those who are affected. If you know anyone who might have visited recently, ensure that they've received word.

Lady Fern and I are searching for upwards of three dozen people, some of whom have visited the clinic under an alias or no longer reside at their last address. If you have any experience with healing or tracking, or if you are willing to aid in some other way, such as ferrying the sick or delivering notices, please do reach out to me or the clinic directly as soon as you're able.

[ ooc: Court and I are following up on a mod plot that we got a few months ago!

Vampires: This is not lethal to vampires! Per the mods: It does cause symptoms similar to food poisoning, however, which many of these vampires would have never experienced before (or at least not for a very long time), and would be extremely upset to be feeling.

Non-Vampires: This CAN be lethal, but generally isn't. Per the mods: For the non-vampires affected, depending on their physical condition when receiving the transfusion and their specific species/abilities, they will either also be similarly ill or some may be in worse shape, as the blood is not helping them as expected. A fresh transfusion with safe blood and Adrian's healing abilities should fix them up.

Participating in general: If you want your character to be affected, there's no need to consult us, please go ahead! As long as they've visited the Solar Clinic within the last week or so and received blood (either for snacking or for legit medical reasons) they're good to go.

If you want your character to help out, you can respond to this forum post or just let me know OOC if they might have approached Adrian (or Fern!) some other way. Feel free to use this in your own threads if you'd like. It doesn't have to be with Adrian or Fern specifically! ]

What symptoms should one expect? Diffusion zones appear to have a difficult time with Biology.
